Kinco is a corporate member of the Construction Management Association of America; Associated General Contractors; United States Green Building Council (LEED) and the Downtown Little Rock Partnership. A number of Kinco's professional staff are also active in the American Institute of Constructors.

Through alliance with these organizations and a track record of proven performance, Kinco has developed a reputation as a leader and innovator in all aspects of the construction process. Through the Associated Builders and Contractors Excellence in Construction Awards Program, Kinco has received numerous awards including the President’s Award in 1997. We were recognized by the American Subcontractors Association of Central Arkansas and presented the General Contractor of the Year award in 2004.
