Project: Crystal Hill Elementary School Re-roof
Location: North Little Rock
Architect: Witsell Evans Rasco
Crystal Hill Elementary School in North Little Rock is getting a complete roof system replacement. This is a two year, two phase project with approximately 50,000sf of roof being replaced this summer and another 32,000 sf replaced next summer in 2010. It is a very tight schedule with approximately 4 weeks to complete the work each summer. Scope of work includes removal of the existing shingles, wood decking & wood trusses and installation of new light gauge metal trusses, new insulation, and a new standing seam roof.
Project: Landers Toad Suck Harley-Davidson
Location: Conway, AR
Architect: Black Corley & Owens
Renovation of existing 13,058 square foot facility. Project included complete interior demolition. New showroom, offices, customer lounge, parts department, & service area. The mechanical system was completely re-worked and a new electrical service was installed. The exterior was painted & received new Harley Davidson signage. The interior includes polished concrete floors, new painted gyp walls, & new acoustical ceilings. The common areas are highlighted by extensive new wall graphics
Project: War Memorial Stadium Pressbox Renovations

Project: Calvary Baptist Church Worship Center
Location: Little Rock, Arkansas
Architect: Fennell Purifoy Architects
Demolition of the existing sanctuary, basement, and part of the education building was necessary before construction of the new sanctuary could begin. Calvary Baptist’s new sanctuary will seat 788 and includes exposed wood beam trusses. The 17,246 square foot project includes a new fellowship hall/meeting area, classrooms, and choir rooms. The building exterior is composed of brick veneer and cast stone panels.
Project: Chenal Park West
Location: Little Rock, Arkansas

Davis Properties’ new 15,000 square foot shopping center sports the standard strip mall features including a brick façade, Exterior Insulation Insulating Finishing System (EIFS), and a continuous storefront glass system. Chenal Park West includes seven tenant spaces with “5 Guys Burgers” and “McGhee Insurance” being tenants.
Project: Donald W Reynolds Northwest Arkansas Children's Shelter
Location: Highfill, Arkansas
Architect: JKJ Architects - John Mack
The Donald W. Reynolds Northwest Arkansas Children’s Shelter is scheduled to start construction in the fall of 2009 and be ready for occupancy in early 2011. This 66,232sf campus resides on an 88 acre tract just west of Bentonville. The site will contain three structures in Phase I to consist of the Emergency Shelter at 43,146 s.f. a Recreation Building at 17,500 s.f. and a Maintenance Storage Facility at 5,600 s.f..
The Shelter will provide a residence for 36 Children, School Classrooms & Administrative Offices. The Recreation Center will offer a full size Basketball Court, Multi-Purpose Activity Room and a Game Room / Student Lounge Area. The Maintenance Building will house equipment and an area for receiving donated clothes and food.
Project: OBU Pedestrian Bridge
Location: Arkadelphia, Arkansas
Architect: Clements & Associates Architecture, Inc.
Ouachita Baptist University requested a new 300 foot pedestrian bridge to replace the existing, aging bridge. After demolition of the existing bridge, this structural pre-cast bridge was constructed in three 100 foot sections. The new bridge includes a brick façade and features engraved names of OBU graduates in its 8 inch concrete topping slab. Spanning a 49 foot ravine, the bridge is located near the new residence halls, also built by Kinco.
Project: Park Centre
Location: Fayetteville, AR
Architect: Miller Boskus Lack Architects
This beautiful new 68,404 square foot 4 story office building combines a traditional brick and glass façade with stylish aluminum fascia and cost saving stucco. Located on Zion Road, bordering Lake Fayetteville Park, this spacious new building provides many opportunities for leased office space. Twin elevators and stair towers provide vertical transportation from floor to floor while each floor contains a mechanical/electrical room as well as centralized men’s and women’s restrooms. The store front glass system provides a beautiful landscaped view from all four floors while offering ample natural lighting opportunities and the quintessential “corner office” experience. This building is complemented by two additional buildings which include 35,342 square feet of retail space.
Project: Eureka Springs High School
Location: Eureka Springs, AR
Architect: Morrison Architecture
Kinco was selected by the Eureka Springs School Board to be the Construction Manager/General Contractor for the demolition of their old high school and the construction of a new one. Kinco has been working with the school board and Morrison Architects to help pass a millage increase and is currently in the pre-construction phase to help better define the project scope and campus amenities.
