Project: Mid-South Community College Wellness Center

The new 23,000 square foot Wellness Center/Safe Room project includes a multipurpose gymnasium with a movable stage and bleachers, weights & cardio area, men’s and women’s locker rooms, two classrooms, office area, training room and laundry area. This is the second project Kinco has completed for Mid-South Community College utilizing the alternative delivery method.
Project: Arkansas Hospice
Location: Little Rock, Arkansas

A complete renovation was in store for two 14,000 square foot buildings at Arkansas Hospice in Little Rock. After completely demolishing the interior, new office space, meeting rooms, break rooms, and restrooms were constructed to meet the needs of a more contemporary office space. This project included installation of new fire protection and mechanical systems as well as new electrical service. The exterior received a new main entrance, partial landscaping, and expanded parking to enhance the result of the customer’s first impression.
Project: Pat Walker Health Center
Location: Fayetteville, Arkansas

A 38,000 square foot multi-level health facility located on the University of Arkansas campus. The building has exam rooms, X-ray labs, doctor’s offices, consulting rooms and research/educational facilities.
Project: Rogers Adult Wellness Center
Location: Rogers, Arkansas

The 55,000 square foot Adult Wellness Center features a warm water therapy pool, an activity pool, a state-of-the-art fitness center with cardiovascular and strength training equipment, a full-size gymnasium, a library with computer lab, an arts and crafts studio and a demonstration kitchen. Additionally, there are multiple meeting, social and educational rooms.
Project: Baxter County Regional Medical Hospital - Office Building
Location: Mountain Home, Arkansas
Architect: The Stuck Associates, Inc.
This 68,000 square foot four story medical office building was part of an extensive addition and renovation to the Baxter County Regional Hospital. It included a three story patient wing, surgery center addition and emergency room renovations.
The 7,000 square foot emergency room renovation was performed during continuous operation with a new dietary addition to the existing cafeteria.
All the work was done without disruption of day to day hospital duties.
Project: Van Buren County Memorial Hospital
Location: Clinton, Arkansas
Architect: The Wilcox Group
This new split level hospital totals 41,000 square feet, has a support service building with 21,555 square feet and a one level nursing home with 41,000 square feet. The hospital includes an emergency room, two trauma rooms and two operating rooms as well as numerous patient rooms. The nursing home has sixty-eight rooms with private and semi-private rooms. The framing for the hospital and support building is structural steel framing while the hospital exterior walls and roof are wood framed. The exterior of the buildings consists of fiber cement siding and brick. The roofs on all areas are standing seam roofs.
