Office Building

Project: Centre at Ten Office & Retail Center
Location: Little Rock, Arkansas
Architect: Williams & Dean Associated Architects

This 60,000 square foot, four story office building features precast concrete, aluminum composite wall panels, brick veneer, glass curtain wall and built up roof.  The 39,000 square foot retail center includes stucco, brick veneer, aluminum storefront and standing seam roof.  The majority of individual tenant spaces were finished by Kinco. 

Project: Cornerstone Bank - Eureka Springs

Formerly known as the Bank of Eureka Springs, the new financial center in Eureka Springs serves as the main office for Cornerstone Bank. Design includes a brick and stone exterior and a lodge style interior.

Project: Arkansas Support Network Headquarters
Location: Springdale, Arkansas

This new 10,000 square foot facility is designed to be universally accessible to people of varying abilities and highly energy efficient.  The project achieved LEED Certified level. This building is one of few which combine the principles of universal design with that of green building design.  The building has doubled Arkansas Support Network’s space and allows their agency the freedom and flexibility to serve more people and add service programs when needed.  In addition, they host various events and activities onsite for those they serve and their families, such as, support groups as well as long and short-term planning sessions.


Project: Biobased Systems New Office & Laboratory Building
Location: Fayetteville, Arkansas
Architect: Mobley Architects, Inc.

This building was completed in the fall of 2008.  The building is a 29,978 square foot, two story, steel frame office and laboratory building. The facility includes one lab for research and development and one for quality control.  The laboratories feature specialized lab equipment, HVAC systems, and flooring. The  project is registered with the United States Green Building Council (USGBC) with a Silver rating.

Project: Cornerstone Bank - Berryville

Formerly known as the Bank of Eureka Springs, this new Berryville branch includes a brick and stone exterior and a lodge style interior. Project is scheduled to complete in spring 2009.

Project: Park Centre
Location: Fayetteville, AR
Architect: Miller Boskus Lack Architects

This beautiful new 68,404 square foot 4 story office building combines a traditional brick and glass façade with stylish aluminum fascia and cost saving stucco. Located on Zion Road, bordering Lake Fayetteville Park, this spacious new building provides many opportunities for leased office space. Twin elevators and stair towers provide vertical transportation from floor to floor while each floor contains a mechanical/electrical room as well as centralized men’s and women’s restrooms. The store front glass system provides a beautiful landscaped view from all four floors while offering ample natural lighting opportunities and the quintessential “corner office” experience. This building is complemented by two additional buildings which include 35,342 square feet of retail space.

Project: Fayetteville District Courts & Prosecutors Office
Location: Fayetteville, AR
Architect: Wilson Estes Police Architects

Demolition of the existing Police and Courts Building was completed before this new courts facility emerged from the ground.  The new 15,000SF Courts Building contains offices, clerical areas, temporary detention facilities, and a new courtroom.  This one-story brick building is the City’s flagship LEED project and it attained LEED Silver Certification through the implementation of sustainable design and building practices.  Completed December 2009.

Project: Union Bank-Reynolds Road
Location: Bryant, Arkansas
Architect: Wittenberg, Delony & Davidson Architects

This 3000 square foot bank building features many interesting architectural features ranging from exposed glulam beams to the space frame structure in the drive thru. It features a brick, precast concrete and aluminum composite panel exterior veneer with upgraded interior finishes. The project was completed a month ahead of schedule.

Project: DaySpring Corporate Offices
Location: Siloam Springs, Arkansas
Architect: Hight Jackson Architects/Larry Perkin

This 35,000 sf office building is the creative and administrative heart of DaySpring, the world’s leader in faith based greeting cards.  The project was truly a collaborative effort among the local executives at DaySpring, the Hallmark corporate staff based in Kansas City, the architect and Kinco.  The building includes administrative offices, creative laboratory, product display space and training areas.  The lobby includes skylights and an inspirational water feature for all who enter the building.  The kitchen and break areas were designed around employee needs and include an area large enough for informal gatherings.

Project: Washington County Courthouse Annex
Location: Fayetteville, Ar
Architect: Polk Stanley

The first floor of the old Terminella Building has been transformed into the new courtroom and offices for Judge Gunn. Judge Gunn's courtroom contains a beautiful wooden back drop, wooden benches, and contemporary styled wooden desks.

Project: Mitchell Law Firm
Location: Little Rock, Arkansas
Architect: Cromwell Architects Engineers, Inc.

This project was located on the 17th, 18th and 19th floors of the 40 story Metropolitan Tower and encompasses 58,000 square feet. Renovations included new electrical and mechanical systems, stud walls, acoustical ceilings, paint, vinyl wall covering and floor covering. Special features include construction of a stairway connecting all three floors, 9’ cherry veneer doors, custom cherry millwork and French limestone flooring.

Project: Garver Engineers Office Building
Location: North Little Rock, Arkansas
Architect: SCM Architects, P.A.

This new 33,000 square foot office building located in the Northshore Business Park acheived LEED Silver certification.  The facility has a conventional steel frame with composite deck and concrete floors.  The exterior features metal panels, brick, and stone.  The roof combines metal roof panels and a built up roofing system.  The interior includes high-end finishes along with a raised floor and open floor plans.

Project: Steele Plaza
Location: Fayetteville, Arkansas
Architect: Williams & Dean Associated Architects

This three story, 45,000 square foot multi-tenant office building is located in the Steele Crossing development area. The project features structural steel frame, masonry veneer, built-up roof, aluminum glazing and composite panels for the entry feature.
