Project: South Side Bee Branch Auditorium
Location: Southside, Arkansas

Project: Eureka Springs High School
Location: Eureka Springs, AR

This new three-story 88,000 square foot state-of-the-art high school offers the community the latest in school technology, equipment and safety.  

The new gymnasium can seat up to 1,200 people. The building houses 14 regular classrooms, including new chemistry and biology lab/classrooms, a new media center with two green rooms for students' TV/media projects, an auditorium with a full stage that can seat a 346-person audience, a cafeteria that can be opened to the outside in nice weather and offers patio seating, a large music room with individual sound-protected practice rooms, a business lab, and an EAST lab that includes hook-ups for projects such as GPS surveying and robotics.

The central corridor downstairs is constructed of reinforced concrete, with a storage area off the gym that is used for a safe room during storms.


Project: Eureka Springs School Re-roof

Kinco was selected by the Eureka Springs School Board to be the construction manager/general contractor for the roof renovation at the elementary school.  The elementary school was originally built in 1978 and has seen multiple additions over the years.  This project consisted of retrofitting 44,000 square feet of roof area. The roof retrofit involved working on a fast track schedule from May 19th to August 8th to meet the critical schedule for the school district. The project involved removing existing HVAC units, electrical raceways, and gas piping to facilitate installation of the new roof system. Once the new roof system was completed, the existing mechanical and electrical systems were re-installed.

Project: South Side Bee Branch Cafeteria

Kinco was selected as construction manager/general contractor for the cafeteria project for the South Side Bee Branch School District. The cafeteria expansion is approximately 1,700 square feet.  The cafeteria includes a masonry exterior w/ aluminum storefront and a standing seam roof.  Interior finishes include painted stud walls and vinyl composition tile floors.  The project included a 3 month construction schedule and was completed on time and within budget.

Project: South Side Bee Branch Middle School
Location: Bee Branch, AR

Kinco was selected as the construction manager/general contractor for the new middle school for the South Side Bee Branch School District.  The classroom project is approximately 22,000 square feet. The building exterior features masonry walls and aluminum storefront, and standing seam roof.  The interior includes polished concrete floors, masonry interior partitions and acoustical ceilings.  The project also included a safe room component.  The seven month project was completed on time and within budget.

Project: Westside Elementary School
Location: Hartman, AR
Architect: Lewis Elliott & Studer Architects

Kinco was selected by the Westside School District as construction manager/general contractor for the construction of a new K-4 facility on their Hartman campus, a 20,000 square foot, 16 classroom project.  The scope of work included demolition of 3 existing buildings on the site.  The building has a standing seam roof and brick veneer exterior.  It also features an integrated, cast-in-place concrete safe room.  Work was completed for occupancy before the 2011 fall semester.

Project: Crystal Hill Elementary School Re-roof
Location: North Little Rock
Architect: Witsell Evans Rasco

Crystal Hill Elementary School in North Little Rock received a complete roof system replacement.  This two year, two phase project included approximately 82,000 square feet of roof replacement.  The project required work to be complete within 4 weeks over 2 summers.  Scope of work included removal of the existing shingles, wood decking & wood trusses and installation of ne light gauge metal trusses, new insulation, and new standing seam metal roof.
