Project: Landers Toad Suck Harley-Davidson
Location: Conway, AR
Architect: Black Corley & Owens
Renovation of existing 13,058 square foot facility. Project included complete interior demolition. New showroom, offices, customer lounge, parts department, & service area. The mechanical system was completely re-worked and a new electrical service was installed. The exterior was painted & received new Harley Davidson signage. The interior includes polished concrete floors, new painted gyp walls, & new acoustical ceilings. The common areas are highlighted by extensive new wall graphics

This 72,000 square foot car dealership is located at the southeast corner of Colonel Glenn and I-430 in Little Rock. This 13 acre site includes a two-story building with the sales floor, service bays, parts department, quick-lube and car wash on the lower lever. The corporate offices located on the second floor include a classroom for continuing education and an employee health/fitness room that is furnished with manicure and pedicure facilities.

This 34,000 square foot state-of-the art car dealership is the first LEED dealership in Arkansas and only the fourth LEED certified Automobile Dealership in the World! Currently, there are only three Gold Certified LEED dealerships in the world.
Because of Toyota's detailed sustainability initiatives, this new facility will use significantly less energy and capture and reuse 70% of their water consumption. This dealership includes a sales area, new car delivery, car wash, a complete service center, and waiting area, as well as a lounge and showroom.

40,000 square foot dealership features aluminum metal composite panels, storefront and EIFS exterior. Interior finish out is highlighted by the Mark Martin Racing museum, complete with former racing cars, fire suits, and trophies won by Mark Martin.

Location: Cordova, Tennessee
Architect: DeRossier Architect
This 58,000 square foot facility includes all the amenities customers expect from the United Auto Group dealerships. The large arched window systems greet car shoppers at the building entry. The exterior includes a combination of masonry and EIFS. The grounds are enhanced by significant landscaping. Italian tile floors are included at the vehicle display areas and service bays. Wall graphics are displayed throughout the dealership.
Project: Superior Nissan Additions
Location: Fayetteville, Arkansas
Architect: Johnson Troillett Architecture, P.A.
This 5,000 square foot expansion and complete remodel of the customer areas of the dealership had a fast track schedule of six months and was completed on time. With excellent teamwork and quality scheduling, the dealership was able to remain open throughout the construction and renovation of the facility.
