Project: Frank Broyles Field @ Razorback Stadium
Location: University of Arkansas - Fayetteville
Architect: McClelland Consulting Engineers
The natural grass surface of Frank Broyles Field at Razorback Stadium was replaced with a new synthetic in-fill technology surface. The apron around the field was also replaced with the new surface.
Project: War Memorial Stadium Pressbox Renovations

Over the recent years, management at War Memorial Stadium has been very diligent regarding facility upgrades. We are proud to have been involved in several of these projects.
Project: Baum Stadium
Location: Fayetteville, Arkansas
Architect: HOK Sport
This project includes a structural frame with a brick and EIFS exterior, skyboxes, underground dugouts, tunnels, dressing facilities, special brick features, substantial on-site paving and walks. This facility seated 3,300 fans with additional lawn seating available on the first and third base lines. In 2003 Kinco added an additional 2,600 seats. Bringing the total seating capacity to 5,900.
Baum Stadium is the home of the University of Arkansas Baseball Team and was ranked the No. 1 Baseball facility in the country by Baseball America in 1998. This project won the Arkansas Associated Builders and Contractors President Award in 1997.
Project: John McDonnell Track & Field
Location: Fayetteville, Arkansas

This state-of-the art track facility was completed implementing the fast-track method to allow the University of Arkansas to hold the SEC Outdoor Track & Field Championships in 2006. This project was completed in just 149 days! There were two superintendents, 20 subcontractors and over 200 people working in a small area, 7 days a week all while school was in session and with no lost time accidents.
The facility includes a Mondo track surface and is one of 2 track facilities in North America certified by the International Association of Athletics Federations (IAAF). It is a 400 meter oval track with nine 48" wide lanes with a 36.8 meter radius and two nine 48" wide sprint tracks. The infield area includes a Steeplechase Water Jump pit along with 2 shot put rings, 2 hammer/discus rings, 2 bi-directional pole vault areas, 2 bid-directional long and triple jump areas, 2 Javelin runways and 2 high jump areas.
Project: University of Arkansas South End Zone/Pig Vision
Location: Fayetteville, Arkansas

The new athletic offices were created complete with break-room and kitchen. A complete kitchen for suites and concession supply for the entire stadium was included. On the next level, kitchens for Corky’s, AQ Chicken, Papa John’s and the Java Hut were completed. The Hog Heaven store and ticket booth were also included.
Façade work for the large screen “Pig Vision” was performed under this contract including block, brick, and EIFS work.
Project: War Memorial Stadium Renovations/Improvements

The scope of work included major demolition, new sewer trench, new concourse toilets, new end zone toilets, renovations to the home team locker room, new administration offices and renovations to the recruiting lounge. In addition, new concourse paving, precast column covers, painting of the underside of the seating area, split face masonry exterior walls at the concourse toilets and glass block at the exterior windows. The overall capacity of the toilet facilities was increased by 300%.
Project: University of Central Arkansas Track Facility
Location: Conway, Arkansas
Architect: Wittenberg, Delony & Davidson Architects
The new UCA Track will be an NCAA/IAAF certified track. The facility will include a host of field events including discus, javelin, pole vaulting and shot put throws. It will also feature a jump area which includes lanes for triple, long and high jumps. The center of the track will feature an NCAA regulation soccer field, the new home field of the UCA soccer team. Opening in September of 2008, this will be an excellent addition to the campus of the University of Central Arkansas.
