Project: Dassault Falcon Jet-Service Center/ Phase 2

The new service hangar includes 12,500 square feet of office space and 38,000 square feet of hangar and storage area. The office finishes include vinyl wall coverings and carpet. The hangar features exposed painted structure and an OSHA approved fall protection system. The hangar floors received an epoxy coating finish and additional asphalt paving was also completed for plane access to the hangar.

Kinco is currently constructing a 66,407 square foot new Paint Hangar #3 Facility for Dassault Falcon Jet at their facilities located at the Little Rock National Airport. The new Hangar, a pre engineered structure, with metal siding and standing seam roof, will include a prep bay and three paint bays. Each of the bays include full height wall liner panels on the interior of the bays. The lean-to portion at the rear of the hangar will house two Auto Paint booths, Paint Work room and Primer work room. The additional space will include office, conference rooms, break rooms and restrooms.
Project: Little Rock National Airport Renovation

As part of an overall $29,000,000 construction improvement contract, Kinco performed a major renovation/remodel to the main airport terminal and baggage claims areas. This complex project was successfully completed on time and within the budget while creating no interruptions to ongoing airport operations. New glass curtain wall, entry canopy, tile floor, ceilings, along with HVAC upgrades were performed. The general area affected was approximately 45,000 SF.

New 45,575 square foot pre-engineered metal building facility. Features include an interior 12’ high liner panel, truck ramp, loading dock area with overhead doors, dock bumpers, and new dock equipment. A new security station was also constructed for the facility.
