Architect: R. Messner Construction Company

This 165,000 multi-level church, located just off Dickson Street in Fayetteville, is nearing completion of their student ministries building. The first level of this building is dedicated to younger children’s ministries and features vivid murals and paintings throughout the nursery and classroom areas. The second level is dedicated to young adults and integrates classrooms with a café, game room, Internet hookups and a youth worship area.
In conjunction with the student ministries building, the Central United Methodist Church along with Kinco built a four story parking deck on their Fayetteville campus. This post-tension concrete structure was completed in the summer of 2008.

Project: Central United Methodist Parking Deck
Location: Fayetteville, Arkansas
Architect: R. Messner Construction Company

This four story parking deck is being built for the expanding Central United Methodist Church in downtown Fayetteville.  This parking deck features concrete columns, post-tension concrete beams and a post-tensioned concrete deck.  The 216 car parking deck will be completely bricked on the exterior elevation to match the other buildings on campus.  The exterior elevation will also include precast concrete accent bands and caps at each deck level and fixed glass windows in the two stair towers.  The structure has been designed to add 2 additional deck levels in the future as the church’s parking needs grow.

Project: Mount Comfort Church of Christ

This two story 39,206 square foot stone and stucco building features a spacious sanctuary, office area, classrooms and kitchen facilities.  The steeple tower soars 150’ over the developing Fayetteville country side. This job was completed on schedule and under budget for the former North Street Church of Christ.
