Warren YMCA

This 28,800 square foot project includes a weight room, multipurpose play area, a senior fitness room, after school center, kitchen/concession, gym/pool/patio storage, outdoor pool cabana and restrooms plus a press box and ball field concessions.

The renovation of the existing building, originally built in 1948, includes the gymnasium, chat room, restrooms for after school area, reception/lobby/director’s office/restrooms, the men’s and women’s locker rooms, conference rooms and offices. The project also includes a new mechanical system along with upgrades to the electrical system.
