Our Staff

Kinco employs approximately 150 people, of which 30 are salaried professional technicians (engineers, estimators and supervisors). In keeping with our corporate philosophy of continuous improvement, Kinco encourages personal growth through programs of continuing specialized education and affiliations with professional organizations. Our success depends upon it!

Doug Wasson
President/CEO

Associate Degree in Building Construction, Southern Arkansas University — Technical Branch. Graduate of Project Managers Academy, Clemson University. Employed as a summer worker for Kinco during college. Began full-time for Kinco in 1982 as Field Engineer, then Superintendent for major projects such as shopping centers, apartments and industrial plants.


William Fletcher
Vice President Operations

B.S. Building Construction from Auburn University.
Employed by Kinco from 1992 to 1997. Previously employed by Nabholz Construction as Vice President of Operations in Tulsa Oklahoma. Joined Kinco in 2006.


Danny Wooldridge
AIC, Vice President/Estimating

Danny Wooldridge is an ownership partner and is also our longest tenured employee, having begun his employment in 1976.  Danny earned his degree in Architecture and Building Construction at Southern Arkansas University Tech in 1974 and worked for Raymond Branton Associates Architects for two years before joining Kinco.  As Kinco’s Vice President of Estimating his responsibilities may include conceptual budgeting, design progress estimates, value analysis, project scheduling, project feasibility information, and bid estimating services. Danny has lived in Northwest Arkansas since we opened our Springdale office in 1991 and has an unsurpassed knowledge of the local construction community. Experience gained while working for an Architectural firm before joining Kinco, coupled with his vast construction experience on various project types, provides Danny with the ability to understand and communicate extremely well with all members of the design team. 
 


Gary Chick Furrer
Vice President/Chief Financial Officer

Education: Bachelor of Science in Business and Accounting from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. Formerly employed by Jim Jackson Contractor in similar position for seven years. Vietnam Veteran. Employed by Kinco since 1980.


Marc Dillard
Vice President/Northwest Arkansas Operations

Marc re-joined Kinco in 2002 as Vice President of NWA Operations, where he and his staff of qualified estimators, project managers and superintendents procure new business as well as manage projects in progress. With 10 years of profit center management to his credit, Marc works closely with architects, engineers and owners to ensure the finished product meets Kinco’s rigorous standards. His experience also includes 10 years on site as foreman, superintendent and project manager providing insight into the challenges of managing large self-perform crews and subcontractors. Marc obtained his degree in Construction Management from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.


Brian Carney
Vice President/Project Development

Education: University of Arkansas, Little Rock, Construction Management Program. Previous Construction experience from Kendrick Construction in California and Maverick Construction in North West Arkansas. Employed by Kinco in 1999.


Tim Nolan
Vice President/Special Projects Divison

Education: Graduate of Vilonia High School; Electrical License through Apprenticeship Program. Employed by Kinco from 1981 - 1984 & from 1986 - 1990 as Concrete Finisher. Employed with Nabholz from 1992 - 2001 as Assistant General Manager Client Services. Joined Kinco in September of 2001.


Art Kinnaman
Vice President of Marketing

Education: Business Management, University of Arkansas at Little Rock. Employed by Kinco 14 years. President of PK Interiors, Inc. from 1999-2004. Member Central Arkansas Transit Authority (CATA), Board of Directors, Rotary Club of Little Rock, Camp Aldersgate Board of Directors, Audubon Friends of a Feather, .
 


Mike Zimmer
Director of Project Manager

Education: Associate Degree in Building Construction and Architecture, Southern Arkansas University-Technical Branch. Previously Senior Project Manager/Estimator with CTR Construction Co., Inc. Joined Kinco in 1995.
