The SAU Tech Arkansas Fire Training Academy Housing CM/GC project was designed to support training, collaboration, and community for academy participants through a comfortable and functional residential environment. The wood-frame facility includes housing accommodations, a dining facility, conference and meeting rooms, gathering spaces, and a welcoming grand lobby, creating a centralized hub for learning, interaction, and relaxation.
