Diamond Construction headquarters

Construction of a 5,000 square foot pre-engineered metal building featuring a split-face block veneer exterior. The project included a new reception area, offices, conference room, plan room, restrooms, and break area, along with a new building-wide audio/visual system. Site improvements included new asphalt paving with curb and gutter, landscaping, fencing and gates, and exterior signage. The project also included installing a natural gas backup generator with an automatic transfer switch to provide emergency power.
