Special olympics arkansas Headquarters

The new headquarters for Special Olympics Arkansas is a 7,500 SF single-story facility with complete sitework and landscaping. The building includes 5,000 SF of office space featuring a conference room and kitchenette, as well as 1,500 SF of warehouse space dedicated to storing athletic event supplies and equipment.

Constructed as a pre-engineered metal building (PEMB), the facility showcases a brick and ACM panel façade accented with custom metal eyebrow elements and storefront window systems. Both the exterior and interior utilize metal stud framing, providing durability and flexibility for future needs.
