ozark dermATOLOGY renovation

Kinco renovated the Ozark Dermatology office in Fayetteville, updating the reception area, business offices, lab, and exam rooms. The project included selective demolition, new walls and office configurations, millwork and countertops, ceilings, flooring, paint, doors, glass partitions, and wall protection. Kinco also coordinated extensive HVAC, plumbing, electrical, low-voltage, fire alarm, and fire suppression modifications to support the new layouts, as well as specialized lab ductwork and structural support for an exam room light.

The Park Centre office building, which houses the clinic, was originally constructed by Kinco, and the original tenant finish-out for the clinic was also done by Kinco.
