SAU Arkansas Hall

Arkansas Hall is the third in a series of student housing facilities constructed by Kinco, following the successful completion of Columbia and Magnolia Halls. The 35,000-square-foot, freestanding three-story residence hall was designed to support collegiate housing needs and accommodates 131 occupants, including hall directors, resident assistants, and students. The wood-framed structure features 70 bedrooms along with restrooms, study rooms, laundry rooms, kitchenettes, and shared living areas to promote both comfort and community. The facility also includes a fully automatic sprinkler system, a durable brick exterior, and aluminum storefront systems that enhance both safety and aesthetics.
