UAMS Parking Deck IV is a five-level, all cast-in-place parking structure that provides 831 parking spaces, including eight electric vehicle (EV) charging stations. Constructed on a very tight site, the project required extensive coordination as it was built simultaneously across the street from Kinco’s under construction 60,000-square-foot Radiation Oncology Center, demonstrating careful planning and execution within an active healthcare environment.
