University of Arkansas At Monticello

The UA Monticello Bankston Hall Renovation transformed the existing residence hall into modern suite-style living quarters through an accelerated 130-day construction schedule. The project utilized prefabricated housing pods that were built off-site and placed onto the building, allowing for increased efficiency and reduced on-site construction time. Renovations included a new exterior façade and roof, replacement of the heating and cooling system, refinished doors and hardware, and new carpeting, wall coverings, and ceilings throughout the facility. The completed project also increased student housing capacity by 75 beds.
