Cruz Pineada Named 2025 Consructor of the Year

Cruz Pineda was named the 2025 Kinco Constructor of the Year on Thursday, October 9. He is an assistant superintendent who is currently working on the Arkansas Tech University Ferguson Student Union and Recreation Center project. He is based out of the Little Rock office. Everyone at Kinco takes pride in our reputation for getting things done, and no one personifies that reputation better than Cruz. 

Three additional individuals were recognized with the Kinco Building Excellence award at the meeting.  Caleb Brown, superintendent, based out of the NWA office; Shane Eoff, project manager, based out of the Little Rock office; and Brian Strickland, senior project manager, based out of the Little Rock office. Brian is a former recipient of the Constructor of the Year award.
