Kinco Constructors Announces New Venture

LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS (August 7, 2025) – Kinco Constructors has announced the formation of a new partnership: Mulhearn Constructors, a Kinco Company. Seth Mulhearn, former president/owner of Mulhearn Wilson Constructors, will serve as president.

Mulhearn has more than 25 years of experience in Little Rock, Arkansas and surrounding states, with 22 years dedicated to roles as project manager and estimator. Over his career, he has successfully managed and estimated a diverse range of projects, including multiple locations for 7-11, Valero, Five Guys, Starbucks, Suite 443 and Circle K.

“I have a lot of respect for Seth — for the work he’s done and the experience he brings,” Doug Wasson, CEO of Kinco, said. “I’m impressed with the fact that Seth has been able to manage a successful business with repeat clients for all these years. Taking care of clients, focusing on good customer service that leads to repeat business… that’s the way Kinco likes to do business. We believe this new venture is a good fit for all of us.”

Mulhearn, who holds a Bachelor of Science degree in construction management from the University of Louisiana at Monroe, has been involved in the industry since he was 15 years old and has been an owner/president since he was 27.

“Seth knows what it takes to run a company, and he has significant experience in retail, grocery stores, strip malls, restaurants, convenience stores, and private office construction,” Clay Gordon, President of Kinco, said. “We look forward to him serving clients and growing us in those market sectors.”

Mulhearn credits Kinco’s legacy, infrastructure, and shared mission and values with helping him make this decision to move forward.

“Kinco has like-minded people,” Mulhearn said. “It also provides an infrastructure and a lot of resources and support that I can benefit from immediately. My reputation is everything to me, and I give everything I have to my work. I want to make sure I’m doing a good job for clients, that I’m producing a quality project within budget, on time. I look forward to this venture and the opportunity it brings.”
